At Headwear Promotions we have built our business as a bulk supplier of affordable, quality sun hats that meet Cancer Council guidelines for excellent sun protection.
We are an excellent source of headwear, uniforms, bags, conference materials, advertising, promotional, fundraising products that can be decorated with your logo. If you can't find it in our range, we can source it for you and also offer an excellent custom made service. Custom Made
|

If you cant find what you need in our existing product range or the product is not available in your colours, we can custom make to your requirements. We have excellent design facilities and minimums start at as few as 25 garments or 144 hats. Please Enquire.

Garment Alterations
|
|
Some garment alterations i.e. converting short sleeves to long sleeves, adding pockets with minimums as low as 30 pieces are available to ensure you get exactly what you want. Please Enquire.

Quantity
|
|
Minimum order Quantity can be made up of assorted styles sizes and colours. Small order handling fee $25 applies to small orders. The qty to which this applies varies per product. e.g. Bucket Hats (50), Slouch Hats (25), Garments (10). Please Enquire
Minimum for decoration. We will decorate 1 product for you if that is all you require. You will however be charged for a mimimum of 25 x print or embroidery run. (e.g. 1 colour screen print minimum charge is 25 x $1.25 = $31.25+GST.)

Bulk Orders
|
|
We list qty discounts for most products. Special prices can be quoted for large orders. Please Enquire.

Urgent Orders
|
|
We are happy to accommodate urgent orders but any extraordinary expenses incurred (e.g. air bags, rush rates) will be passed on to you. Please Enquire.

Delivery
|
|
Stock: dispatched within 24 hours. We will advise you immediately if there are any delays. Delivery within 5-7 days, sooner where possible.
Decorated orders: Screen printed or embroidered orders, allow 14-21 days from artwork approval.
Custom made/ indent (orders manufactured overseas): These orders include sea freight 10-12 weeks from approval of sample. A 3-4 week delivery by airfreight is available at an extra cost. If you have a special delivery requirement please enquire.]
Custom Made Express: Some products can be custom made via our express service with 4-5 week delivery.

Set-up for Decoration
|
|
This applies the first time you order decorated pieces only.
A setup fee of $60 applies to new designs and includes conversion of your artwork to film and screen for printing or stitches for embroidery.

Extra Artwork for Decoration
|
|
Our aim is to minimize your artwork and setup costs.
The $60 Set-up fee does not include drawing designing or arranging type. We will contact you if we are concerned that your artwork is not good quality or ready for print and provide a quotation for extra artwork. For best results we prefer emailed computer images. Contact Us for a Quote

Order Change/Cancellation
|
|
Any changes to decorated items after production has commenced will require all costs to the point of change or cancellation to be paid.

Products

Every effort is made to ensure continuity of colours. Dye lot variations may occur. As we continue to improve our range, product changes may also be made.

Pricing
|
|
We have just increased our prices for the first time in 7 years. Despite this, most of our prices are lower than they were 10 years ago. We strive to offer the best prices, whilst maintaining quality. If you are comparing prices, make sure you are comparing apples with apples. There is a huge variation in quality and customer service in the market. Always Contact Us if you feel we are not reasonable on price. Our business is built on customer feedback, positive or negative. Prices are subject to change. Our written quotations are valid for 30 days.

GST
|
|
Prices listed do not include GST. 10% GST will be added to your order and shown as a separate amount at checkout.

|
|
Freight
|
|
$15.00 per order, based on one delivery point. Indent orders may incur additional freight costs. Any additional freight costs will be quoted.

|
|
Ownership
|
|
Ownership of supplied goods shall not pass to the purchaser until such time a those goods an all others are fully paid.
|
|
|
|
Returns
|
|
If goods are defective in materials or workmanship they will be replaced. Claims must be made within 14 days of invoice. Goods cannot be accepted for return without prior arrangement and an authorisation number. This can be obtained by contacting us. Goods must be returned within 14 days.
