We are an excellent source of headwear, uniforms, bags, conference materials, advertising, promotional, fundraising products that can be decorated with your logo. If you can't find it in our range, we can source it for you and also offer an excellent custom made service. Custom Made If you can’t find what you need in our existing product range or the product is not available in your colours, we can custom make to your requirements. We have excellent design facilities and low minimums.
Garment Alteration Some garment alterations i.e. converting short sleeves to long sleeves, adding pockets with minimums as low as 30 pieces are available to ensure you get exactly what you want.
Samples Sample packs are available.
Quantity Minimum order quantity can be made up of assorted sizes and colours. Small order handling fee $25 applies to small orders. The qty to which this applies varies per product. Refer to the notes on each product page.
Minimum for decoration We do have minimum charges for decoration. This varies per product.
Bulk Orders Special prices can be quoted for large orders.
Standard Delivery Lead Times: Plain Stock: Dispatched via road freight large orders, air for smaller orders, within 24 hours*. We will advise you immediately if there are any delays. *Subject to stock availability. Locally decorated orders: Allow 10-21 days from artwork approval. Sooner is possible by arrangement. Factory Direct Orders: Can now be delivered as soon as 14-21 days in some cases. More complex designs, via sea freight 8-10 weeks from approval of sample. Delivery lead time is advised with quotation.
Urgent Orders We are happy to accommodate urgent orders but any extraordinary expenses incurred (e.g. air bags, rush rates) will be passed on to you.
Set-up for Decoration This applies, in some instances, the first time you order decorated pieces. The setup fee applies to some new designs and includes conversion of your artwork to film and screen for printing or stitches for embroidery.
Extra Artwork for Decoration We aim to minimize your artwork and setup costs. The $60 Set-up fee does not include drawing designing or arranging type. We will contact you if we are concerned that your artwork is not good quality or ready for print and provide a quotation for extra artwork. For best results we prefer emailed computer images in high resolution 300+ Vector EPS or high res PDF.
Order Change/Cancellation Any changes to decorated items after production has commenced will require all costs to the point of change or cancellation to be paid.
Terms We offer secure payment options including PayPal, Credit Card and Direct Bank Deposit. Non account customer orders require a 50% deposit or proforma payment.
Products Every effort is made to ensure continuity of colours. Dye lot variations may occur. As we continue to improve our range, product changes may also be made.
Pricing Our prices are currently lower than they were 10 years ago and excellent quality. We strive to offer the best prices, whilst maintaining quality. If you are comparing prices, make sure you are comparing apples with apples. There is a huge variation in quality and customer service in the market. Always contact us if you feel we are not reasonable on price. Our business is built on customer feedback, positive or negative. Prices are subject to change. Our written quotations are valid for 14 days.
GST Online prices displayed do not include GST. 10% GST will be added to your order and shown as a separate amount at checkout.
Freight Base rate at $15.00 per order one delivery point. Bulky items e.g. drink bottles or straw hats may incur additional freight costs. Any additional freight costs will be quoted.
Ownership Ownership of supplied goods shall not pass to the purchaser until such time as those goods and all others are fully paid. Returns If goods are defective in materials or workmanship they will be replaced. Claims must be made within 14 days of invoice. Goods cannot be accepted for return without prior arrangement and an authorisation number. This can be obtained by contacting us. Goods must be returned within 14 days.
